DeadBeats BEWARE!!!

Hulett's Pilot Car Service will proceed with all legal actions to ensure all invoices are paid!

THE DEADBEAT ZONE

As many of you may have noticed, it seems that more and more companies are paying their bills slower and slower. We understand all to well that these are difficult economic times and if you or your company are presently experiencing cash flow problems, you have our deepest sympathy.

Hulett's Pilot Car Service provides pilot car service to many companies, some small and some large. We take pride in ourselves, our equipment and our job performance. Every single one of us enjoys our work and considers it an honor and blessing to be able to provide pilot car service to the oversize, heavy haul trucking industry. However, Hulett's Pilot Car Service is not a charity nor is it a non-profit organization. It is, first and foremost, a BUSINESS.

Therefore, we expect payment for our services rendered to be made according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking and dispatch. Our invoices clearly state that full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date and clearly explains that any invoice going over 30 days without full payment will be charged an additional 10% late fee.  At no time do we agree to partial payments.

Quite frankly, we are growing increasingly impatient with companies who are habitually making excuses for being over 30, 45, 60 and sometimes 90 days late with their payments. As a matter of fact, it appears that some companies have come to the point where they feel that this kind of behavior is acceptable.

If you are one of those companies who fails to abide by our agreed upon payment terms, do not be surprised when you see the name of your company posted in the DEADBEAT ZONE and in the various pilot car chat groups along with a word of caution to others who might consider doing business with you or your company in the future.

Be honest with us at the time of booking and dispatch. If you cannot abide by our agreed upon terms...then, by all means, take your business elsewhere.

Treat us the way you would like to be treated and be assured that we will return the favor.

Very Sincerely,

Missy Hulett - Owner/Dispatcher
